Title:
FLUID STATE DETECTION SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008215954
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce a bad influence on concentration detection caused by bubbles by discharging smoothly to the outside, bubbles entering the inside of an outside enclosing part arranged on the outside so as to enclose an element, in a liquid state detection sensor equipped with the liquid concentration detection element for detecting the concentration of a specific component in liquid.

A space is formed between the outside of a tip part 110b of the element 110 under a downward surface 80a of a rubbery elastic member 80 inside the outside enclosing part 11b formed by extending a portion a little to the lower end of an outer cylinder electrode, and a penetration part 18 for bubble discharge is formed on the side wall of the outside enclosing part 11b. A notched part 80k is formed on a portion corresponding to the penetration part 18 on a crossing ridged part formed between the downward surface 80a of the rubbery elastic member and the outer peripheral surface 89. On the other hand, the penetration part 18 is provided within a range of the height H of the notched part 80k. Bubbles W entering the inside of the outside enclosing part 11b passes the notched part 80k and the penetration part 18 and then is discharged to the outside, to thereby reduce a bad influence.
