To support the early arrest of a criminal by automatically spraying target fluorescent agent to a criminal by the operation of an SW when the criminal who has committed a robbery runs away from the entrance/exit of a store.
An ejection cylinder filled with fluorescent agent solution and compressive gas for ejection is loaded in a cylinder holder. In a normal time, the cylinder holder is put in a lock status, and the ejection cylinder is put in a plugged status, and the cylinder holder is held in a stand-by position. When the cylinder holder is at the stand-by position, an excitation light source constituted of an LED applies excitation rays of light including an ultraviolet ray to the fluorescent agent in the ejection cylinder for making it store light. In an emergency time when a robbery has been committed, the lock status is released, and the ejection cylinder is guided to the ejection position to be put in an unplugged status. When an operation signal is inputted, it is possible to eject liquefied or foamy fluorescent agent to the criminal running away from an entrance/exit within one second.
