Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a phase shift from being changed with temperature by devising the circuit such that a resistor connecting to an output electrode of each output transistor(TR) of 3rd and 4th differential pair TRs and a bias means are cancelled together with respect to the temperature dependency so as to exclude the temperature dependency on a phase adjustment circuit.

CONSTITUTION: A constant current of a 1st constant current transistor(TR) Q28 is controlled by an output of a phase adjustment circuit, while a 2nd constant current source TR Q17 is biased by using a voltage of a fixed bias circuit 12. Then the phase adjustment circuit is so constituted as not to have any temperature characteristic. That is, a reference voltage at an adjustment terminal 7 is made constant regardless of a temperature change because a base- emitter voltage VBE is increased by using a TR Q28 and decreasing the VBE by using TRs Q81, Q82, and a resistor having no temperature characteristic is externally mounted to a terminal 7. A current mirror circuit 13 consists of TRs Q83, Q84 and resistors R80, R81 and the current is unchanged depending on the temperature. Thus, the phase shift is unchanged due to temperature.
