A surgical apparatus for positioning within a tissue tract accessing an underlying body cavity includes the seal anchor member including: a leading portion; a trailing portion; an intermediate portion disposed between the leading and trailing portions; and one or more lumens longitudinally extending between the leading and trailing portions, wherein the leading portion is transitionable between a first configuration and a second configuration.
