Abstract:
To provide a foamed conductive rubber roller free from abnormal foamed cell, and having uniform electric resistance value over the whole outer peripheral face of the roller.
A foamed rubber layer is formed by foaming and vulcanizing a foamed rubber layer material including a rubber raw material, a conductivity imparting agent, a chemical foaming agent and a vulcanizer. The vulcanizer is sulfur, and used as a master batch, and further a condensate of sulfur in the master batch is 250 μm or less.
