Abstract:

PURPOSE: To expand a use by completely changing the appearance image of a foamed molded product by removing the tortoise shell pattern due to expanded beads appearing on the surface of said product by a conventional bead method.

CONSTITUTION: A uniform surface film layer (3) due to the melt destruction of a cell structure is formed to at least a part of the outer surface of an in-mold foamed molded body (1) due to a bead method and a resin film, a metal net or a wire of various hues is further bonded to said part or various patterns or uneven molded shapes are imparted to vary a product.
