Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a zoom lens in such a way that the zoom lens can be set to the focusing position for macro-photographing from an ordinary photographing position by only operating a focusing ring by independently moving a zoom correcting lens in the direction of the optical axis in accordance with the rotation of the focusing ring in a macro-zone. CONSTITUTION:A lens frame 12 holding a correcting lens group L4 is firmly fixed to a correcting lens frame supporting plate 14 which is movable in the direction of the optical axis and constituted in a movable state independently from a variable-power lens group L2. At the front edge of the supporting plate 14, an inclined cam 18 is formed. When a focusing ring 3 is in the ordinary photographing zone in this constitution, an engaging pin 17 for macro- photographing is separated from the cam 18, but, when the ring 3 is rotated to the macro-photographing zone, the pin 17 is engaged with the cam 18 and the correcting lens group L4 is independently displaced leftward by X. Therefore, this zoom lens can be set to focusing positions from the ordinary photographing zone to the macro-photographing zone by only operating the focusing member 3 and, as a result, the operability of the zoom lens is improved.
