This foldable assembly includes a plurality of parallel frame means 1 having left/right columnar bodies 11 extending vertically and having their upper/lower both ends capable of performing expansion/contraction movement: and a plurality of connecting units, which are provided with left/right first connecting rods 211 crossingly disposed therewith and having a first upper end pivoted the upper end 111 of the columnar body 11 in one of the frame means 1 and a first lower end in the opposite side of the upper end; and left/right second connecting rods 212 having a second upper end pivoted to the upper end of the columnar body 11 in the other and a second lower end positioned in the opposite side of the second upper end and pivoted to the first lower end.
