PURPOSE: To form different kinds of tables, by a method wherein rod members are respectively rotatably pivoted at their middle parts and are made in the form of a letter X, a plurality of these members are progressively connected to each other in a ringed form and thus bracing members are formed, and the upper and lower pivotal parts of each of the rod members are respectively fitted into a top board and a bottom board.
CONSTITUTION: Rod members 1 are respectively rotatably pivoted by pivots 4, 5 at intersecting points 2, 3, in order that the rod members in an X-form are arranged side by side and connected to each other in a ringed form, and thus bracing members 6 are formed. A bottom board 9 and a top board 12 are prepared, and fitting parts 8, 11 into which a lower pivotal part 7 and an upper pivotal part 10 on each of the rod members 1 are fitted, are respectively formed thereon. By this formation, the bracing members 6 are unfolded, the lower pivotal parts 7 thereof are respectively fitted into the fitting parts 8 on the bottom board 9 and the upper pivotal parts 10 into the fitting parts 11 on the top board 12, and thus a table is formed. When these bracing members are formed so as to be unfolded in optional forms, different kinds of the tables can be voluntarily formed if different kinds of the top boards 12 and the bottom boards 7 are prepared.
