PURPOSE: To simultaneously place a baby and a cargo by a method wherein a U-shaped seat pipe is rotatably mounted to a handle pipe with front wheels, the opening end part of the seat pipe are connected to a rear pipe through a link, a seat plate is openable, and a cargo-carrying platform is mounted below the seat plate.

CONSTITUTION: A handle pipe 1 with front wheels 18 located to a part bent in an L-shape and a rear pipe 2 are held in an unfolded leg state by means of an L-shaped seat pipe 3 having two side parts pivotally mounted to the handle pipe 1 and an opening end part connected to the rear pipe 2 through a link 11. The seat pipe 3 is always energized in a counterclockwise direction through the force of a spring 12, and is kept in a horizontal state by means of a stopper 13. A seat plate 4 is openably mounted through a bracket 14 in front of the seat pipe 3. A cargo-carrying platform 5 is mounted below the seat plate 4 horizontally and foldably in linkage with the seat pipe 3 through a link 17. Thus, by opening the seat plate, a cargo can be easily placed on the cargo-carrying platform, and a baby can be also seated.
