Abstract:
To facilitate transferring of a rider to a bed or an automobile or the like by providing a wheelchair with a sliding seat and attaching a gangway to it.
The seat (1) is provided on a channel type slide rail upper part (4-A) and then, the tip part of the lower part (4-B) is provided on a frame (6). A spring-up type armrest (2) is provided on the left and right of the backrest part of a seat frame (7) and an armrest frame (3) serving also as the gangway is provided on the left and right of the sitting part of the seat frame (7).
