A folding support means 40 is provided with front and rear wheels 4 and 9 and causes the other wheel to approach one wheel in a way that the other wheel is moved more rapidly than the one wheel by the movement rotation force of one wheel when the other wheel is moved in a paralleling state toward one wheel. By effecting rear push or front push with a handle held by a hand, the other wheel is caused to approach one wheel to effect folding by utilizing the movement rotation force of one wheel.
