This folding chair, which can fold a front leg 13, a rear leg 14, and a seat part 12, is constituted by connecting the front/rear legs 13, 14 so as to be movable with each other, additionally providing a stopper mechanism fixedly holding a space of leg width between the front/rear legs 13, 14, when the chair is used and stored, and connecting the seat part 12 to either one of the front leg 13 or the rear leg 14.
