Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a folding multiple comb in which the combteeth plate is opened laterally on using it by turning the grip and closed on folding it to increase the comb area on using it than that in the folded state and decrease the bulk on carrying it in comparison with the comb area during use.
CONSTITUTION: The external combteeth plates 11a-b are vertically joined in multiple connection way to the internal combteeth plate 12 at the rear bone. A grip 16 is pivotted to the end of the external comb teeth plate and the pivotted part is contained between the combteeth plates. The wedge protrusion 17 at the end of the grip 16 and the wedge-from fitting teeth 17C formed at the end race thereof are engaged with the wedge-form recess Q brought between the combteeth plates and the rotary guide groove 17b of the grip scored between the wedge-form fitting teeth 17c conducts a small protruded piece 12c provided at the end of the internal combteeth plate 12 to slide therein, when turning the grip.
