This allergy preventing food, cosmetic composition having improving actions on skin quality, pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating allergies or protecting agent for disorders in enteric mucous membranes, oral cavity and superior alimentary canal mucous membranes or respiratory epithelia contains polypeptides belonging to the family having a thioredoxin activity.
