To provide a food disposal time point management controller, food disposal time point management system and food disposal time point management method capable of reducing the number of food products to be disposed by extending a disposal time point of cooked food products displayed on a display shelf.SOLUTION: A fried food disposal time point management controller 4 for managing and controlling a disposal time point of fried food X in a hot showcase 1, includes: a data acquisition part 41 for acquiring temporal change data of the fried food X and temperature state data representing a temperature state of the hot showcase 1; a remaining time prediction part 44 for predicting a remaining time until a disposal time point of the fried food X on the basis of the temporal change data and a criterion for determining disposal of the fried food X; a state determination part 46 for determining whether or not the fried food X is displayed under a high temperature when the predicted remaining time is shorter than a prescribed threshold time; and a notification part 47 when it is determined that the fried food X is displayed under the high temperature, outputting to a monitor 312, a notification signal for moving the fried food X to a place under a low temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
