PURPOSE: To prepare a food and drink useful as a health food having excellent taste and flavor, and exhibiting the additive effect of the components, by adding a seaweed such as WAKAME, laver, tangle, etc. to soya milk or fermented soya milk.
CONSTITUTION: The objective food and drink can be prepared by adding a seaweed such as WAKAME, laver, tangle, etc. to soya milk or fermented soya milk. The additive effect of the above additives and the soya milk which is an excellent vegetable health food gives a health food having excellent taste and flavor. It is extremely preferable to seal the sterilized food and drink in a small- sized (about 10W300cc) container having a structure openable easily by hand or in a closed vessel from which the content can be taken easily, in view of the preservability, handleability and the coolability to the center of the content.
