Abstract:
To provide a food preservation mat provided with cooling function, antibacterial function, and the like, that reduces environmental load, when it is wasted.
The food preservation mat is made of a mixture of calcium silicate and vermiculite. The food preservation mat is superior in water absorption so as to properly preserve food. The mat is structured so that antibacterial effect extends over the food preservation mat and its periphery, to keep the environment around the mat proper so as to properly preserve the food.
