Abstract:
To provide a food preventing arthropathia or the like more rapidly relieving pain after taken than a conventional one where the time to relieve the pain is relatively long after taken.
The food preventing arthropathia or the like contains at least dry powder of Nostoc commune processed with an emulsifier so as to make the conventional food more rapidly exert reduction function of arthrodynia via nosturonic acid and an n-3-based unsaturated fatty acid which are ingredients of the Nostoc commune.
