Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product-thawing machine that can uniformly thaw food products, for example, a plurality of pieces of bread dough placed on a stand.
SOLUTION: A thawing chamber 102 in this food product-thawing machine 100 is equipped with an air outlet 120 and a differential pressure cage 104. Plural carts 160 are arranged in two rows between the air outlet 120 and the differential pressure cage 104. A plurality of air out-flowing ducts 181-185 for exhausting air through the differential pressure cage 104 is set on the upstream of the differential pressure cage 104. The differential pressure cage 104 is equipped with five air out-flowing ducts 181-185 in the longitudinal direction almost at an equal interval. Partitions 191, 192 for partitioning the differential pressure cage 104 are provided correspondingly to the air out-flowing ducts 181-185.
