Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product and a raw material compound for producing a food product, the food product having a texture with a soft feeling, and especially to provide a pancake and a premix for producing a pancake, the pancake having a soft feeling as well as a high nutritional value.SOLUTION: The pancake is obtained by adding, to 1 pt.wt. of freeze-dried bean curd having a particle diameter of 0.01 to 1.0 mm, 1.0 to 99 pts.wt. of soy bean flour or rice flour, 1.0 to 99 pts.wt. of bean-curd refuse, 0.01 to 0.2 pt.wt. of chia seeds, 0.3 to 70 pts.wt. of sugar, 0.01 to 5.0 pts.wt. of baking powder, and 2 to 300 pts.wt. of water, followed by mixing and baking. Also provided is a raw mixture compound (premix) for producing a pancake, which is a mixture except water in the method for producing a pancake.SELECTED DRAWING: None
