A hopper 2, a fixed cylinder 3 and a movable cylinder 5 are arranged on a base frame 1 in a serial state, and a Bingham fluid such as freshly mixed concrete, excavated earth or the like is taken through the cylinder part 3a of the fixed cylinder 3 and discharged from the movable cylinder 5 side. The fixed cylinder 3 and the movable cylinder 5 are provided with opening and closing valves 8, 11, respectively, and the intake and discharge of the Bingham fluid are performed by the protruding and recessing of the movable cylinder 5 and the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing valves 8, 11. The opening and closing valve 11 of the movable cylinder 5 is operated so as to conform to the opening and closing of the opening and closing valve 8 on the fixed cylinder 3 side.
