Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing an oriented elastin fiber bundle for use in the production of ligament tissue outside a living body, and a method for tissue culture thereof.
This method for manufacturing fore-crucial ligament tissue having a bone bonding region using the elastin fiber bundle includes electrostatic spinning technique for water soluble elastin forming respective fibers in the same direction and dynamic cell culture technique. More detailed, cell culture is performed by simultaneously imparting a method for manufacturing the elastin fiber bundle made insoluble in water and twist stimulation under pressure.
