The forest resource biomass power generation system having a plurality of forest resource supply mountain forest districts includes: a forest resource biomass power generation device 200 for generating a power while collecting and utilizing by-products from the forest resources of the forest resource supply mountain forest districts; an afforestation/deforestation management device 300 for performing execution related to the afforestation and deforestation of the mountain forest districts and its management; and a forest resource power generation management device 100 for performing afforestation planning and deforestation planning on the basis of forest resource power generation planning, and for managing the power generation of the forest resource biomass power generation device 200 while transmitting afforestation and deforestation request information necessary for forest resource power generation to the afforestation/deforestation management device 300.
