Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformable toy that exhibits sufficient strength even with a thin thickness of a plate body.SOLUTION: A transformable toy comprises a plurality of components connected through connection members 4a-4d and arranged in a plate form. The transformable toy is foldable such that at least some of the components overlap each other through some of the connection members and such that at least some of the overlapped components can move integrally with other components. The transformable toy may reversibly take one configuration where the plurality of components are arranged in the plate form and another configuration where at least some of the overlapped components move integrally with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
