Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate assembling and disassembling and accurately and rapidly connect and position panel forms at a construction site, by connecting panel forms adjacent to a square column and detachably connecting a pair of L-shaped units.
CONSTITUTION: Casters are held on three supports 1 of a L-shaped unit B and level jacks are fitted to the nut of a support arm. And base brackets are held at the supports 1 of both side ends and a jack bolt is fitted to the front end thereof. And a scaffold bracket is fitted at the upper part of support 1 to guard rails. The hole part 10a is fitted by fixing bolts 12 and corner fasteners 8 are fitted to fixing bands 6. Next, a slab is erected and the units B is transferred horizontally to face each other and both ends are forced to contact each other. Next, the units B are leveled and positioned while adjusting on erecting to connect with each other. After that, concrete is placed in the metal form and the corner fasteners 8 are removed after curing and then the unit B is separated and disassembled.
