PURPOSE: To fix reinforcing bars by one hand by directing semicircles of two steel or resin semicircular fixed materials in the circumferential direction of the reinforcing bars up and down.

CONSTITUTION: The lower side of a semicircular part of a fixed material 1 is hooked on a reinforcing bar 4, the upper side of the semicircular part is hooked on the upper reinforcing bar 4 while turning the fixed material 1 with the circumference of the reinforcing bar 4 as the axis, and the reinforcing bar 4 is pushed against the fixed material 1 and is fixed. Two and three kinds of reinforcing bars with different diameters can be fixed with one fixed material 1 by doubling and tripling the semicircular part of the fixed material 1. The angle of the fixed material 1 is adjusted and is fixed even if the angle of the reinforcing bar 4 is not a right angle so that the middle part of the reinforcing bar 4 can move. By the constitution, the reinforcing bar is fixed by one hand, and work in a high place can be safely carried out.
