Abstract:
PURPOSE: To further reduce the weight of each form made of FRP, to use a separator which can be fastened without boring a hole through a form face plate, and to join the forms together without adversely affecting them.
CONSTITUTION: A face plate 2 and vertical ribs 3 are fabricated by drawing forming process and a fillet portion 6 is provided at the joint between the face plate 2 and each of the vertical ribs 3, all of which are integrally formed. Recessed portions 7,8 each of which can accommodate the flat plate 10a of the flat cone 10 of a separator are formed on the outer surface of one of the vertical ribs 3A on one side. An end-attaching pin 12 is inserted into a joint hole 5 formed through one of the vertical ribs 3 and a horizontal rib 4 at the outer periphery of each form, and the forms are connected together by means of a clipping type joint 11 having a clipping piece 13 at its end that clips the ribs of the adjacent forms together.
