PURPOSE: To form joints in the vertical direction in a rising part of a continuous footing and enhance the outside view of the rising part in a joint part of forms installed side by side.

CONSTITUTION: A form 1 has pattern surfaces 3 capable of forming projected and recessed patterns M in a rising part A having joints extending in the vertical direction in the surface of a part standing in a rising part A of a continuous footing and what is more, which allows synthetic resin-made decorative boards 4 to be attached in such a fashion that the decorative surfaces 3 may be directed inwardly, thus forming a clearance G, which installs a spacer 5 capable of forming joints in the vertical direction between the adjacent decorative boards 4 in the forms 1 laid out side by side.
