Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation method of an electroless plating layer capable of making a surface skin layer hardly peelable, and improving adhesion to electroless plating and smoothness of the surface, in an injection-molded liquid crystalline polyester resin.SOLUTION: A resin composition formed by mixing a zinc oxide whisker comprising a needle single crystal with a liquid crystalline polyester resin is injection-molded by setting the temperature of a metal mold at 180-280°C. Hereby, a surface skin layer can be made hardly peelable. Further, a zinc oxide whisker on the surface layer is dissolved by being immersed into an alkaline aqueous solution or the like, to thereby improve adhesion to electroless plating and smoothness of the surface.
