Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the flexible method which can suppress the generation of moire by a rational tangent method.
CONSTITUTION: Integers ml and n1, m2 and n2, and m3 and n3 which satisfy tan θ1=n1/m1, tanθ2=n2/m2, and tanθ3=n3/m3 are set, where θ1, θ2, and θ3 are screen angles of 1st - 3rd dot plate images which are deeply relative to the generation of the moire. Then respective integer values L1, L2, and L3 which are one-side lengths of 1st - 3rd square areas containing (m12+n12), (m22+n22), and (m32+n32 dots of the 1st - 3rd dot plate images satisfy expressions (1) and (2). Namely, (1) ml/L1-m2/L2=n3/L3, and (2) -n1/L1+n2/L 2=m3/L3. Preferably, n1, n2, and n3 are all not 0 and m1≠n1, m2≠n2, and m3≠n3 hold.
