PURPOSE: To obtain a long pipe without curl even after being wound with drum by combining a flexible synthetic resin pipe and a plastic foam material.
CONSTITUTION: A pipe 1 to be expanded and cured on site, sent out as press rollers 11 rotate, is pressed, whereupon capsules present are crushed by pressing to discharge a blowing aid and chemical reaction occurs in the plastic expandible material 5 to form an expanded material in the space H. On the other hand, into the pipe 1 to be expanded and cured on site, high-pressure air is blown through a blow-out pipe 19 from a compressor 18 to form a pipe of inner layer 3 of a round cross section and a pipe of outer layer 2. In short, polyurethane foam is formed inside of the space H of the pipe 1 of a fixed form and composite pipe 8 is orderly formed from the covering side of the clamped cylinder 15.
