Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve workability and efficiency by applying an aqueous solution for formation of a transparent conductive metal oxide on a substrate and subseguently applying electron beams thereto.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of a substrate such as glass or an organic polymer film is coated with an aqueous solution for formation of a transparent conductive metal oxide, dried and subsequently irradiated with electron beams of 0.05-200Mrad.
