Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method capable of suppressing formation of gaps between a mold and an insert member, and capable of insert molding a molded article having good looking without wraparound by a resin material ejected into the mold to a rear face of the insert member.SOLUTION: There is provided a molding method for inserting an insert member by molding a first resin material in advance into a mold and injecting a second resin material into a cavity to mold with the insert member integrally. The insert member is fixed with sandwiching a part of the same with the mold, and a gate injecting the second resin material is arranged at a position separating from an outer peripheral edge of a face side of the insert member in contact with the second resin material. For example a resin flow channel for flowing the second resin material is formed on a butting surface of a mold and an edge part of the resin flow channel facing a cavity is a gate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
