Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH059994
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attempt energy saving by fixing a perforated hollow body on one side of a panel body, assembling a formwork with the hollow body inside and using the formwork without removing it after deposition of concrete.

CONSTITUTION: Perforated hollow body type fixing jigs 2 made of expand metal, crimp wire netting, plastics and others are fixed in parallel with adhesives and others on one side face of a panel type formwork material 1 made of plastics and others. Thereafter, reinforcing steel bars 3 are arranged, and the formwork 1 is assembled with the jigs 1 inside on both side of the reinforcing steel bars 3. Thereafter, the formwork 1 and the reinforcing steel bars 3 are fixed with girths 4 of stirrup and others. Then, concrete is deposited between the formworks 1 and filled and injected in hollow parts of the jigs 2 without gaps closely. Moreover, after concrete is hardened, the formwork 1 is not removed, but used as a structure external wall as it is. Consequently, it is possible to easily assemble the formwork, disuse formwork removal work and certainly integrate the formwork and concrete.
