To provide a form insertion mechanism of a set machine of a garment and a trajectory generation method, which can improve work efficiency.SOLUTION: A form insertion mechanism of a set machine of a garment includes: a slide part 220 which is at a side end part of a finishing stand 10 and can slidably be displaced in a prescribed direction by drive force transmitted through a first driven pully 250; an arm part 510 which has one end side connected to the slide part 220 through a second driven shaft 433, and can turn along a finishing stand face 11; a form attaching part 600 which is connected to the other end side of the arm part 510 through a third driven shaft 574 and can turn along the finishing stand face 11; a sleeve cap form 810 which is included in a form, has one end side connected to the form attaching part 600 through a fifth driven shaft 593, and can be displaced along the finishing stand face 11; and a sleeve bottom form 710 which has one end side connected to the form attaching part 600 through a fourth driven shaft 583, and can be displaced along the finishing stand face 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
