To provide a foundation check opening in an embedded type allowing dirty spots caused by remains of slag and a mold release agent to be reduced without protection tape to improve appearance after installation.SOLUTION: A foundation check opening includes a frame body 11 having an opening part 12a and a lid body fittable in the opening part.
