Title:
FOUNDATION STRENGTH MEASUREMENT ANALYSIS SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014234629
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for small-diameter tunnels with around 2 m of diameter, a foundation strength measurement analysis system which comprises a rotary boring machine capable of boring upward and a foundation strength measurement device for measuring hardness of foundations.SOLUTION: A foundation strength measurement analysis system in this invention is provided with: a spindle head 5, which is fixed to the body 3 of a rotary boring machine rotatably around a nearly horizontal shaft and comprises a spindle 6, a feed cylinder 7 which moves the spindle in the vertical direction, a boring rod 10 with its tip being fitted with a drilling bit 11, and a chuck 8 which grips the boring rod and transfers the rotation of the spindle to the boring rod; a depth sensor 20 which measures depths; a rotation sensor 21 which measures the rotation number of the boring rod; a feed hydraulic sensor 22 which measures the feeding pressure of the feed cylinder; and a clock 23, and it is arranged to record in a memory the data that each sensor measures every time the drilling bit 11 has drilled a designated depth section of the ground.
