To provide a frame structure of a building having sufficient horizontal rigidity, reducing cost, and capable of easily coping with even a change in a use plan of a building.
A steel rigid-frame structure 1 is composed of a steel frame column 8 supported by an independent foundation 11 and a steel frame beam 7 installed between the steel frame columns 8 and 8, and is formed into a main body structure. A member cross section of the steel frame column 8 and the steel frame beam 7 is determined by a vertical load. A plan view grating-shaped steel frame reinforced concrete frame unit 2 is composed of a steel frame reinforced concrete column 4 supported by a foundation 9 connected by an underground beam 10 and a steel frame reinforced concrete beam 3 installed between the steel frame reinforced concrete columns 4 and 4, and is respectively dispersively arranged with every two spans in the horizontal two directions in the steel rigid-frame structure 1. A steel frame beam 12 constitutes the span 6 adjacent to the steel frame reinforced concrete frame unit 2, and is formed of a steel frame reinforced concrete beam 5 in at least an end part on the steel frame reinforced concrete frame unit 2 side.
