PURPOSE: To permit a temperature distribution in a chamber, which is held in uniform easily, and facilitate the control of taking in-and-out of a body to be refrigerated by a method wherein sealing structures, sealing the inlet port of a loading chamber, are formed on the fore and rear parts of the drawing direction of a drawer for taking the body to be refrigerated into and out of the loading chamber of the main body of a freezing preservation chamber.
CONSTITUTION: When a body to be refrigerated is taken out of a freezing preservation chamber 2, a manipulator 9 is moved by a moving device to the position of the specified freezing preservation chamber 2 through the operation of an operating board 11. The handle 19 of a drawer 17 in the specified freezing preservation chamber 2 is gripped by the manipulator 9 and the drawer 17 is opened. When the drawer 17 is opened, the sealing structure 17b at the rear part of the drawer 17 seals the inlet port of a loading chamber 18 perfectly whereby cold air in the loading chamber 18 is hardly released and the heat loss of the freezing preservation chamber 2 may be minimized.
