The frequency data generator 1 calculates a difference value between a frequency value of a PIF signal measured by a PIF frequency counter 13 and a PIF standard frequency stored in a PIF reference value memory 14 at a difference calculation section 15, and corrects the frequency data read from a frequency data memory 11 at a frequency data correction section 16 on the basis of the difference value to provide an output.
