To solve the problem that only a soothing mask or bulky protective clothing like a spacesuit, restricting a wearer's actions, can be applied as the best measures for a society under uncountable dangerous situations such as breathing in ordinary air pollution, indoor breathing in outside air containing scattered pollen and the adhesion of the pollen to a mucosa, breathing in a workplace ordinarily generating harmful gas, the inhalation of carbon monoxide etc., in escaping from a fire, and the insufficiency of oxygen in a sealed tank in a ship.

This fresh air supplying device is used for isolating individuals from polluted air by using fresh air, against the present situation in which the polluted air is inhaled in the present living environment.
