The truck drive device 2 arranged at the inner side of the horizontal curve-like route is constituted of a pivot arm 9 having a belt 15 laid between pulleys 14B, 16 at both ends and pivoted around a pivot center O; a friction drive roller 8 provided coaxially to a tip pulley 16; an urging means for urging the friction drive roller 8 to an outer side; an intermediate pulley 14A provided coaxially to the pulley 14B near the pivot center O; a speed change pulley 12 arranged at a position where the intermediate pulley 14A approaches when the friction drive roller 8 is pivoted to an outer side; a belt type continuously variable transmission 11 having a V belt 13 laid between the speed change pulley 12 and the intermediate pulley 14A and performing a speed change by varying a pitch diameter of the V belt 13 laid on the speed change pulley 12 when the inter-axis distance of the speed change pulley 12 and the intermediate pulley 14A is varied; and a rotation drive device 10 in which an output shaft is connected to the speed change pulley 12.
