Abstract:
To weld a thin sheet in a frictional welding method.
In a joining structure wherein a metal made tool 4 consisting of a material substantially harder than a material of a work is inserted into a joining part 5 of the work 1 and substantially continuous members are joined by means of plastic flow owing to frictional heat between the tool 4 and the work 1 generating by transferring the tool 4 while being rotated, a thickness of the joining part 5 is thickened more than that of the other part and a reinforcing member 3 is arranged.
