This fried food production apparatus is provided with the rotating base plate 6 detachably attached with the plurality of pans 4 and rotating the pans 4 within a horizontal surface; a heating means 14 heating the pans 4 till becoming a predetermined temperature, an oil filling means filling oil inside the pans 4; a food material feeding means 8 feeding the food material in the pans 4 attached to the rotating base plate 6; a heating/stirring means 10 stirring the food materials the pans 4 while heating the food materials; and a fried food scraping means 12 lifting the pan from the rotating base plate 6 and scraping the fried foods in the pan 4 in the inclined state.
