PURPOSE: To easily determine a spring constant and an oil amount without considering mutual influence of a spring and oil at the time of design, and serve as a shock absorbing spring and an oil type damper similarly to a conventional front fork.
CONSTITUTION: An inner cylinder 5 is slidably fitted to an outer cylinder 8. A spring chamber A is formed inside the outer cylinder 8, while a shock absorbing spring 8d is formed there. A lower end of the inner cylinder 5 is abutted against the spring 8d. A damper mechanism is arranged inside the inner cylinder 5, while oil chambers B, C are respectively formed on its upper and lower portions. Oil can reciprocate between the oil chambers B and C according to extention and contraction of the front fork 4.
