Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front part structure of a box-shaped vehicle which can fully reduce a travel resistance.SOLUTION: In a box-shaped vehicle 10 having a front face 12, which vertically extends, below a front window 11, a swollen body 20, which swells forwards from the front face 12 so as to gradually narrow towards a tip thereof and reduces an air resistance, is provided on the front face 12 so as to be capable of expanding and contracting. The swollen body 20 is configured from a bag body which expands by filling compressed-air into the interior thereof. When a travel speed of the box-shaped vehicle is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, the compressed-air is introduced into the swollen body 20 thereby expanding the swollen body 20, and when the travel speed of the box-shaped vehicle is lower than the predetermined value, air is discharged from the swollen body 20 thereby contracting the swollen body 20.
