Two upper links 7, 8 disposed upper than a tire are positioned at a position respectively distorted and a virtual king pin shaft K is set by connecting a virtual intersection point R defined at a middle point of its shortest distance and a lower point of the virtual king pin shaft S for example formed with a connecting point at a wheel supporting member side of a lower A arm 4 and a lower end input point O of a shock absorber 12 is connected with the wheel supporting member 1 on this virtual king pin shaft K. Whereby, comfortableness is improved by setting lever ratio of the shock absorber to '1'. Turning stability is improved by arranging wheel supporting member side connecting points E, F of two upper links 7, 8 at body front than body member side connecting points J, I and correcting camber to negative direction at steering. Furthermore, a coil spring 16 and the shock absorber 12 are disposed separately.
