PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition capable of replenishing the amino acids and water lost by perspiration, and giving refreshing and fatigue relieving effect to the body, by adding specific amino acids and vitamin E to a fruit juice.

CONSTITUTION: The juice of citrus fruit such as lemon, orange, etc. having a concentration of 1W55wt% is added with (A) 0.01W2.0g/l of one or more amino acids selected from histidine, lysine, arginine, leucine, isoleucine, valine or their salts, (B) 1W150mg/l of vitamin E, and if necessary (C) 0.2W1.0g/l of minerals such as NaCl, KCl etc. and (D) proper amount of sugars, sweeteners, colorants, acidulants, etc.
