To provide a fuel cell power generation device not causing troubles in power generation of a fuel cell without having an ion removing means.
This device is provided with the following components: the fuel cell 1 for generating power by using a fuel gas and an oxidizer gas; a condenser 14 for condensing the oxidizer gas of a non-used exhaust gas exhausted from the fuel cell 1; a water utilizing means 15 for utilizing the water exhausted from the condenser 14 for humidifying at least one of the fuel gas and the oxidizer gas; a heat exchange means 10 for recovering exhaust heat by power generation from the fuel cell 1 by means of heat exchange; a heat utilization means 13 for storing a heat carrier medium used for recovering the exhaust heat in the heat exchange means 10; and a circulation means 11 for circulating the heat carrier medium between the heat exchange means 10 and the heat utilization means 13.
